Richard Skeen is an attorney for Owada Law in the State of Washington with an emphasis in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability. Previously, Richard represented claimants in all types of disability matters, including Workers’ Compensation claims before the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals, Superior Court, and Court of Appeals. Prior to practicing law, Richard worked for AMS Law as both a law clerk and legal assistant.
Richard enjoys volunteering at the Thurston County Volunteer Legal Clinic. He lives in Olympia and also enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and playing guitar.
Admitted to practice in the State of Washington, and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington.
