Donna Perkins is the Senior Paralegal at Owada Law, PC, overseeing the company’s Employer defense cases regarding WISHA, OSHA, Puget Sound Clean Air Act violations, Worker’s Compensation, Electrical Violations, Wage disputes, and Audits, at the Department of Labor and Industries, Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals, Office of Administrative Hearings, Superior Court, and Court of Appeals levels. Her primary focus is in Employer defense of WISHA investigations and Worker’s Compensation cases.

In 1993, Ms. Perkins began her legal career in Seattle at the law firm of Strasburg & Levy, specializing in estate planning, corporate, and commercial real estate law. She then joined Holland America in 1997 as corporate paralegal at their headquarters in Seattle while obtaining her paralegal degree. She worked primarily in Federal and State civil litigation, risk management, contracts, and corporate law.

In 2001, Ms. Perkins began her career at Lane Powell PC working in their Seattle and Olympia offices. During her tenure at Lane Powell, she worked extensively in Employers’ defense regarding Worker’s Compensation, WISHA, DOSH, and OSHA litigation. She also has comprehensive experience in civil litigation, corporate, commercial real estate, and long term care law.
